Located in the east of Cat Ba Island, Lan Ha Bay owns more than 400 large and small islands creating a large area of more than 7000 hectares.

Some small islands have sandy beaches at the foot of the mountains suitable for fun activities. Coming here, besides swimming and rowing, you can also visit people's floating houses and fish ponds.

Cat Ba Monkey Island
 

 

Monkey Island was formerly known by another name, Cat Dua Island, because there were wild pineapples that fishermen often picked to soak in water and drink as medicine.

Currently, the Island is managed by Cat Ba National Park and is a famous tourist attraction. Coming here, next to the smooth white sand beach created over millions of years, you can see funny golden monkeys who often go to the beach to have fun with tourists.

Cat Co Beach

 

 

In Cat Ba, there are currently 3 different Cat Co beaches but the distance between them is relatively close, you can go to any beach. If you are a person who likes bustle and crowds, Cat Co beach will meet your needs.

Cool sea water, near a residential area surrounded by many hotels, resorts, and restaurants, will bring you enjoyable moments with relatives and friends.

Cannon fortress

In the past, the location of Cat Ba Cannon Fortress was one of the important points to defend the sea and islands, now this place has become a historical relic.

Located at an altitude of 177 meters above sea level, you will have a panoramic, breathtaking view of Cat Ba. Furthermore, artifacts such as weapons, costumes, compasses... are also preserved here as historical witnesses.

Cai Beo fishing village

 

Known as the oldest fishing village in Vietnam with a history of more than 7,000 years, Cai Beo fishing village is also known by its old name, Vung O fishing village.

If you are someone who likes to immerse yourself in the lives of indigenous people, learn about their habits, lifestyle and thoughts, you can visit some of the 300 households living here. That will be a very wonderful experience.

Viet Hai fishing village

Tung Thu beach

 

Started operating since 2010, compared to Cat Co beaches, Tung Thu beach is somewhat less crowded and somewhat quieter.

The special feature of Tung Thu is that this is the only beach with an outdoor stage designed with a unique idea. You can sit on benches to enjoy the sea breeze, or sit on a floating boat to relax into the sea here.

Military Hospital Cave

 

It is no exaggeration to say that Quan Y Cave is one of the unique caves of our country. You will be impressed by the parachute that was built and served for our troops and soldiers in the resistance war against American imperialism.
